what skateboard equipments should i get?

idk if i should get abec 5 or 7's bearings,element thriftwood, or bones red. oh and what trucks should i get? element phase 2, silver s, or silver a trucks? i ride 7.5 boards

1) what ever bearings feel more cummfy

2) element (i LOVE my element board, lerned 1st heelflip with it today )

3) you should get lightning if not, then element phase 2
