How do I clean my skateboard wheels so they dont have road burn?

any sugestions? How can you tell a good skateboard from a crappy one from looking at it? How much should the skateboard weigh?

you cant - snading them will get rid of it and half your wheel.. or you can get sand paper and try to and it away.. do what you think is right
