what skateboard parts should i get?

i started skating with a cheap board and i think i should get a new board (a real board). what parts should i get that are decent?

if you have a utility board shop go there and buy there board brand there cheap and then get silver trucks black magic griptape spitfire wheel or any wheel realy just ask the guy behide the counter and barrings any but make them apec 5 or 7 and any shocks
